Every week we will be studying a new group of vocabulary words. Part of your homework is to study the words and be prepared for a test on the spelling and definitions every MONDAY.
For your homework packet you must:
1. On a piece of lined paper, write the definition of each word.
2. On the back of the definition page, use each word in a meaningful sentence, in cursive. Your sentence must give context clues for the meaning of each word! Do not write, "I must know the word advantage." You can write, "Having the fastest runner on our team gave us an advantage."
3. Attach this page to your reading log to turn in for homework.
